Brief
Crowd were contacted by Specsavers Creative Director, Graham Daldry, who identified that the global giants needed consultancy support and direction for management of social media support between internal departments.
An initial audit of the Specsavers social media footprint was delivered, producing an extensive high-level overview of direction.
Crowd hosted workshops with the internal creative and marketing departments, which included:
- Presentation and discussions around audit findings
- Strategic analysis and recommendations
- Internal management structure
- Ideas and concepts phase
- Realignment of creative concepts and execution
- Data measurement for ongoing improvements
- Ongoing consultation
