Messenger marketing continues to grow and we’re delighted to have remained at the forefront of this exciting and innovative development in the world of digital communications.

We’ve continued to innovate alongside some of the worlds biggest brands, trialling and testing these new tools on behalf of our clients and local business in general, reporting on the values and opportunities available to those who dare to lead the way and meet their customers where they are. We’ve met lots of great people, picked up new clients along the way, and enjoyed discussions with our subscribers around our ideas and thoughts.

Since we started this group, targeted at like-minded individuals who want to stay ahead of the curve, WhatsApp & Co. have announced they will no longer be supporting newsletters as of December 2019, instead focusing on customer service and two new areas; ‘pull communication’ and ‘conversational marketing’.

Whilst this means we will be stopping our Crowd newsletter via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, the opportunities for brands wanting to communicate on a level that their current and future marketplaces will both favour and, in time, expect, remains.
